Air duct cleaning reviews

After reading the reviews, I was seriously concerned. I called Eko Fresh directly and made an appointment for them to come clean my carpets and 2 sofas. They arrived in the allotted time period. They were professional, fast, and affordable. My carpets were dry within 4 hours and smelled great. I will definitely use them again!!!

I would give 10 stars for this company. I had my air duct and dryer cleaning. Perfect service. As soon as I called them to ask prices, Melanie was very polite and very clear on prices, make me feel very comfortable to have then come to my home. After complete the service [amazing job] they never try to sell services or charge more. This is the reason that in a few weeks I will have them back to clean my carpet, pressure washing and gutter cleaning, so glad I found this company.

Appreciate the way they handled everything so professionally; from the initial phone call to the final payment. The customer service lady answered my call right away. She was very friendly and extremely helpful. I needed a weekend appointment,so she sent a technician to come out on Saturday. The technician came out to power wash my home. He was there a bit longer than the expected 6 hours,but that was to make sure he didn’t miss anything. He did an excellent job and my house is now ready for entertaining. The price was good too. I’m very satisfied with Eko Fresh Cleaning. Thank you.

I used Eko this morning through a Groupon deal and found them to be very responsive. I had no trouble getting an appointment, and the service provider, Emmanuel, arrived exactly on time, was very professional, and did exactly as I specified. My carpets look great. I had no problem using the Groupon coupon, the whole process was very smooth. Request Emmanuel for a great job.
